My Story
Dieting for me began at the age of 16. I was never ‘overweight’ but I always wanted to be a 'certain weight'.
I've joined that many slimming clubs in the past it’s ridiculous. I’ve done all the popular name-brand slimming clubs, Keto, extreme low calorie, extreme low fat, no sugar, etc.
None of these taught me how to have a good relationship with food and learn healthy and sustainable habits. So obviously, none of them lasted, and none of them worked.
It was only when I studied as a Nutrition Coach in 2020 where I was taught the science behind nutrition and fat loss that my life completely changed for the better. I am now in the best shape I’ve ever been and feel fitter and healthier than I ever have.
I believe my experience and knowledge will help you avoid the pitfalls that I previously made.
The Process
Understanding your own unique tastes, habits and preferences around food is the core of my coaching; which is the reason I do not give out rigid meal plans and tell you what you should eat!
My role is to empower you to make informed and positive choices around food and help you develop a deeper understanding of your own dietary patterns.
I will educate and guide you to make more mindful and healthy choices that align with you own goals and lifestyle to achieve sustainable results.
