'12 Week 1-1 Nutrition & Mindset Coaching'



This is potentially a life changing program that is designed for people that have struggled with weight loss and/or yo-yo dieting over the years!


Weight gain usually occurs gradually over a period of time, so expecting to shed a large amount in a short period and maintain it is often unrealistic.

Rapid weight loss can happen initially due to changes in water weight or other factors, but maintaining that loss after the first few weeks is much more challenging. Sustainable fat loss takes time, consistency, and patience.

It’s essential to approach fat loss with realistic expectations, aiming for gradual, sustainable changes and building positive habits that become part of a long-term lifestyle rather than a quick fix.


I will educate and share with you the skills and practices that will not only give you the results you want, but will mean that eventually you can manage your weight successfully by yourself! Not only that. I will be with you, supporting you and cheering you on at every step!


Here's a rundown of my special 12 week program!


Weeks 1-4: this is where you will discover more about yourself, your current habits and what your goals are! You will learn the basics of nutrition and how it relates to fat loss, You will get to understand all about calories, macronutrients and fibre and how exercise could play a part in your journey. You will be tracking in a calorie deficit and start to see some results.


Weeks 5-8: this is the point where your confidence will start to grow in knowledge and your own abilities. You will now be monitoring your food intake on a consistent basis and hitting your calorie and macronutrient targets. We will begin to cover some of the other important factors for fat loss such as hydration, sleep and managing stress

I will help you navigate your way through any setbacks and motivate you, even if sometimes it might feel a little challenging.


Weeks 9-12: This will be a good point to see where you are at and what progress you have already made. Your calories, and macro goals might need adjusting slightly In order to see continued steady progress.

You will learn how to navigate challenging situations, such as nights out, going on holiday, Christmas, or even being sick! .


What you will get with this program


  • You’ll have access to me, your personal Nutrition Coach, by chat on a daily basis. I will be there for any of your questions and to provide lots of support!

  • Each week join our personal 1 to 1, 30- 60 minute phone or video call where we will evaluate your progress and figure out together small manageable wins for the week ahead.

  • Throughout the period you will receive many resources including my recipe packs and my downloadable & printable ‘Understanding the Basics of Nutrition’ brochure.

  • You can if you wish, join my messenger group of like-minded individuals who are in a similar journey as you.

  • On Completion of my plans I don't leave you stranded!




'4 Week Starting Fat loss & Training Program'



If you are looking to kick-start your fat loss efforts and do gym workouts while improving your health at the same time, then this program is for you!




Ill show you how to:

•Build up a resistance training program

You will receive my tailored brochure ‘Starting Fat Loss Program’ with a personalised nutrition plan, workouts and advice on Supplements and much more!


Who is this plan for and what will you get?


This is for someone who already has an understanding of fatloss and nutrition and who has access to a gym or weight training equipment at home.

It is recommended that you follow this program for a minimum of 4 weeks to see results!


  • Throughout the period you will receive other resources including recipes and my downloadable/ printable ‘Understanding the Basics of Nutrition’ brochure.

  • You’ll have access to me by chat on a daily basis, I will be there for any of your questions and to provide support

  • Each week join our personal 1 to 1 30- 60 minute phone/ video call where we will evaluate your progress, celebrate your wins and figure out together small manageable wins for the week ahead

  • You can if you wish, join my messenger group of like-minded individuals who are in a similar journey as you.

  • At the end of the 4 week period you have the option to renew your package with further recipes and workouts

  • If you have large amounts of body fat to lose, I will show you how to implement 'diet- breaks' for maximum results

  • At the end of this package you have the option to renew your programme for another 4 weeks and receive bonus content, workouts and further support.

  • On Completion of my plans I don't leave you stranded!
